Do you take on small jobs, usually?
Yes, and they are run with the same paperwork, just over a shorter programme. If a date is driving the job, put it in the first line.
Who manages the trades?
We do, with named dates, so the follow-on trade is booked before the previous one finishes.
What do you hand over?
The snag list closed out, certificates filed and the site left clean.
Do you handle planning applications, on average?
No; those remain with your designer or agent, and we build to the approved drawings. Small works are welcome, and are quoted the same way.
